Note: Albert Cheuret is renowned for his Art Deco bronze lighting designs, which are considered some of his most important contributions to decorative arts. His bronze lighting fixtures exemplify the sleek, elegant, and geometric forms that define the Art Deco movement, blending modernist simplicity with luxurious materials and craftsmanship. Like many other Art Deco artists and designers, Cheuret's work gained significant visibility at the 1925 Paris Exposition, which was a major event for the promotion of the style. His lighting designs exhibited at this event were highly regarded, and they helped establish him as a prominent figure in the Art Deco world. Cheuret's lighting fixtures were produced in limited runs and were often bespoke pieces, highly sought after by collectors and designers of the time for their craftsmanship and elegance.26 x 26 in.
