Lingen, descendant of Queen Victoria Note: Launched April 25, 1917 and commissioned March 28, 1918, SMS Dresden was a Coln-class light cruiser, one of only two ships of this class completed during World War I. She served with the German High Seas Fleet's II Scouting Group but saw limited action. Her participation in a sortie in the final days of the war was cancelled due to a sailors' revolt. After Germany's surrender, Dresden was among the last ships interned at Scapa Flow, arriving on December 6, 1918, and scuttled there in 1919. This item does not qualify for in-house shipping. Condition

Flag with fading and stains. The frame with some paint loss. The postcard frame with wear to edges. Abell provides in-house shipping for select items.
