upholstered in Fortuny "Tigre" pattern silk velvet, 45 x 30 x 23 in., seat height: 19 in.
Condition
The fabric with signs of wear, including fading, areas of discoloration, and areas of low pile. No tears. The arms with rubbed wear to gilding exposing bare wood. The arms and legs with minor, stable shrinkage cracks and old, inactive insect holes. Each chair structurally sound and sturdy. Frames possibly re-gilt at some point.
