Each with tears, lifting, fraying and losses to silk borders; cracks, lifting, and losses to hinges; edge wear to frames and paper; and scattered small tears, marks, drips, paint abrasions and scratches, and small cracks to paper. One screen with a large part of silk border lifting from panel at an upper corner (measuring approximately 9 inches along the top and 21 inches along the side), a nail protruding from rear of one panel at upper edge, and two or three nail holes along the upper edge of the same panel. The other screen with a 9 inch-long diagonal tear to paper at upper left corner of panel second from the right, an approximately 12 x 7 in. Y-shaped tear to paper at center of the same panel, an approximately 3 inch-long diagonal tear to upper left corner of panel third from the left, and several marks and drips to the lower third of the far right-hand panel.
